BloomNestHome is a brand operated by ThreadNova LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing or listing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we’ll refund you in full.

2. Prices and Payment

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping costs and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment providers.

3. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. Processing and delivery times are estimates. See our Shipping Policy for details.

4. Returns and Refunds

Our products are made to order. Replacements and refunds for damaged, defective or incorrect items are handled under our Refund & Returns Policy.

5. Product Information

We try to show colors, labels and scents as accurately as possible. Because screens differ and every candle is poured by hand, small variations in color, label placement and wax appearance are normal and are not considered defects.

6. Safe Use

Candles involve an open flame. You agree to use our products according to the instructions on the label and on our Candle Care & Safety page. We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by misuse.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, text, images and logos on this site belong to ThreadNova LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product or this website is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
