What are your candles made of?

100% soy wax with a cotton wick, in an amber or clear glass jar.

How long does a candle burn?

Our 9 oz candle burns for about 50–60 hours when cared for properly. See Candle Care & Safety.

Where are your candles made?

Every candle is hand-poured, labeled and shipped from the United States.

How long will my order take?

Orders are prepared in 1–3 business days, then delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. Details are in our Shipping Policy.

Can I send a candle as a gift?

Yes! Just enter the recipient’s address at checkout. Prices are not printed inside the package.

Do you ship outside the US?

Not yet. We currently ship within the United States only.

My candle arrived damaged. What do I do?

We’re sorry! Contact us within 14 days with a photo and we’ll send a replacement or refund. See our Refund & Returns Policy.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us within 12 hours of ordering. After that, your candle may already be in production.
